I didn't get round to reviewing this item when I bought it last year, but with Christmas on the way I thought it might be useful to give feedback for people buying presents. I bought two of these for my grandsons last Christmas and they love them. They are good quality and very sturdy. Would suit child or adult as nice and large. Just make sure you have room to hide them if necessary, as the boxes are quite large. I bought an extra bag of beans as well, in case the bags needed filling a bit more, but seriously don't bother doing this until they are needed as the bags are absolutely fine the way they arrive and you will have to find somewhere to store the extra bag of beans which is like Santa's sack. I would definitely recommend this bean bag.

Such prompt delivery, ordered Wednesday night and arrived Friday lunch times, with text messages giving me an hour slot for arrival, I agree with most of the reviews good and bad, yes it's not huge so wouldn't describe it as a XL beanbag chair but it is plenty large enough for a grown man, yes it is a little plastic looking and more of a chocolate brown rather than a dark brown, but it is so comfortable, it's narrower than I expected but it's really supportive on the back and holds it's chair shape, I weigh 14 stone I'm 5ft 8 and I can sit in it not problem and would happily sit in it for hours which is what the boyfriend wants it for while playing on the x box, when I first took it out I didn't think it had enough beans but that's just for packing purposes, you have to shake the beans into the back rest bit and it's fine, there's plenty in there, and more and it would split, so there's no complaints there, it seems a good chair and time will tell if it holds out

I have a similar gamer chair at work, which has a different outer material - quite scratchy. I would have brought this home was it not for the fact it really wasn't that comfortable and is a hideous colour. Which would never do, would it? So my husband decided to invest in this one - because it's brown and faux leather and will fit nicely with our furniture. On Prime, it arrived next day and just needed a bit of a shake to redistribute the beads after being squashed into the world's smallest box. The colour was a very dark brown, just a shade darker than our other furniture but absolutely fine. And so an afternoon of gaming commenced. After fighting off the kids, who thought this was the best thing ever and are now sorely disappointed that it's 'Daddy's special seat', it was time to settle down. As with these sorts of seats, you can shake the beans about and adjust the angle of the chair to suit. My husband switches from being practically horizontal, or sat much more upright, depending on the game played and the attention needed in the game. This was easily achieved by giving the beanbag a shake and tilting it however required. It warmed up, it was comfortable, and, unlike some reviews, there was no problem with the sizing of the seat - it was a good size fit. He's had a very comfortable, relaxed gaming session and we no longer have to listen to him moaning! Highly recommeneded.

I didn't really have enough room for a sofa in my bedroom and in any case, didn't want to spend £200 on a new one as I don't know how long I'll stay so gave this a go. I've had this one night. It looks exactly what it does in the photo. I'm not an expert on beanbag chairs but the quality is better than I expected. I don't know if a larger size would be better for me as I'm 6'' but it's comfortable enough and beats sitting on the bed. I've ordered another to watch movies and play games with my daughter. There are enough beans in the bag. Perhaps in a few months time, I'll need to add more beans but that's expected. I'm going to give it 5 stars as it's fit for purpose, good quality (I don't know what faux leather is), good stitching and comfortable.

Worked well for about 2 months. Goes flat after that. The zip which seems to give you access to refill only allows you to refill one small compartment of the whole chair, the other compartments are sealed off. You can cut a hole in the refillable compartment to fill more of the chair, but I think there are other compartments that can't be refilled.

A well made product. I put a sticky more beans in! Sat on it and found it really comfortable . I am 5 ft 1 inch It looks more expensive than it cost .Would highly recommend!

A good deal. Very comfy and great for gaming or watching TV. Not great for long, long TV marathons as eventually you might get a bit of backache. But it's great for one or two hour sessions.
